Return Process

  Log into your PestLab account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start your return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components and safety seals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our lab inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
